Right when I logged on to GoTo my screen froze also. I could hear you but couldn't see. Then an error message popped up saying that my screen driver messed up and I need to reboot. Forget that, I was already 1.5 hours late and I wanted to hear the rest of what you said so I had to watch the webinar in 600x400 format since that is all my screen would diplay and only 16 colors. Maybe it was the GoTo software messing us up. Thanks for answering my questions and it really helped. I wish I could have come sooner but was working. You weren’t the only one.
