>>Once I am ready to build my live site, will there be any problems when I remove my license key from my test site and use it on my live site? <<

If you have 1 site license that you are currently using on your test site, then when you are ready to go live, open a support ticket with us with the names of your current test domain and the new domain, and we will update your license.

Just a note that when you unzip the dap.zip file, it creates a nested file structure, like this: dap/dap/all other files. Make sure when uploading that you upload the *internal* dap folder, not the top-level one.

The plugin file structure is fine as is, and can actually be uploaded from within WordPress.
