I just installed DAP for a client (he bought his own license) and ran into the issue 1-F because WP was installed in an add-on domain in a folder below the document root.

I found your instructions very clear, once I figured out where to look in your Help system for troubleshooting installation. 

I have one addition to make: after checking the Path vs. Document Root, and putting the two lines of code into both wp-config.php and also dap-config.php, I also had to put the same info into the DAP-WP-LiveLinks.php file to resolve all the error messages. I pasted the same two lines right after the initial comments, on line 25, just before the first &quot;require_once&quot; statement.

At this point, the installation appears to be OK. I just thought adding this note to your troubleshooting page might save someone else from the frustration of getting errors of this type and not knowing how to resolve it.
