For now, during pre-launch, you can set DAP Admin > Setup > Config > IP Login Limit to a high number (like 1000), so that many people can use same account to tour your setup.

And then, before launch, just set it back to a lower number – like 5 or 10.

Every new user will *not* receive this message. They will get it only if a user tries to log in from more IP’s than what you’ve setup under DAP Admin > Setup > Config > IP Login Limit.

So make sure that number is set to at least 5.

Unfortunately as soon as a few affiliates (5 by default) login with the account, the account gets locked. I’d like to disable this feature or increase the number of available IP’s for this one account only. Is that possible? Any thoughts on how to allow any number of people to log into one account without locking it?

There is a mistake. I only login once, from a single location, and not “a fairly large number
of login attempts using your email address,
from various different geographical locations.” THIS IS WRONG !

The problem, is, how can I prevent to send this message-error to the new users? Because, I believe that every new user will receive this message, and I will have to activated all the time their accounts.

So I just change with the status option “Active”.

Works fine.

This way I could check for locked accounts and unlock them before my members have a chance to complain
about it.
