We maintain a customer comments file in a separate spreadsheet so that we can quickly mange their accounts. But this requires extra steps to keep the spreadsheet current and now two programs to manage (including DAP) to manage members. Using the comments section on the current Member Profile page also adds extra steps especially since backing up takes you to Manage All Members instead of the member you were just looking at.

It would be extremely useful to be able to:

Have the customer remarks section be displayed on the front manage Members page, if not enough room currently then to have an option as to which columns get displayed, or to have the comments section display in a pop-up, or to be able to go to the customer profile, then go back to the manage customer page with the current customer only selected without having to re-search for that customer, or just open the customer profile in a separate tab.
