This error is usually caused by incorrect authnet credentials in the dap setup -> config -> Payment Processing - Authorize.net section. Pls check the following:

API Login ID (get by logging in to your Authorize.net account)
Transaction Key (get by logging in to your Authorize.net account)

You can generate another Transaction Key at Authorize.net and input it into DAP and test.
