Wordpress admin does not have access to DAP products/Content

DAP admin or WP admin users do not get default access to protected content.

Protected content in DAP can only be accessed by users that have access to product in dap.

If it's a DAP admin user, go to dap users -> manage page, and give the user access to the product.

If you want the admin user to have access to all protected content under a product, then backdate the access start date in dap manage users page.
Click on Modify under Product Access in Manage Users page and update the users access start date to a date in the past.
This way the admin user will have access to all the dripped/protected content under that product.

Thanks but i cant see these options where you said they should be. There is no "Product Access" option to "modify."

It's very frustrating. please can you look into my account for me?

It's in DAP Admin -> manage users page. Look for 'Modify' link in the user row (it will be under the 'Product Access' column in manage users page).
Click on Modify to update dates.
