OK Ravi, very honestly… & extremely quickly, in point form:
-my eyes went directly to testimonial boxes, so that’s where sign up form could be best positioned & framed like the testimonial box.
-I did not spot the sign up form till I had a look around for a bit, so it must get lost in the header I’d say.
-dislike the narrow text with lots of white on r/h side of it, lower down your page
-dislike the format and the wording inside black dashed border, maybe list those items under one large word ‘free’, or ‘here’s what you get for free’
-instead of 3 case studies for sign up reward, have case studies on the actual page and then under a heading of, ‘here’s what you get for free’ place the list (e.g. 30 day, installation etc) and then the sign-up form with words like ‘enter your details here to find out how’.
-at bottom remove the word ‘or’ and simply have ’sign up for free trial’
-when I saw “Day #1: blog post1 + video1.flv + podcast1.mp3 + bonus1.pdf ” etc. – my mind went, “oops! Too complicated and stopped me for a moment with regard looking further.
-’Start a membership site in 20 minutes’ could be swapped with, or bigger than, ‘Membership Plugin For WordPress’ because the former seems more of an advantage to me. There are other WP Member plugins so that’s not what differentiates you.
-below the line, “rate), each paying you just $9.97 per month.”, bring everything back to full width text, not a slim text column to the left as it is now.
I could spend much more time & see lots of other things that could improve the first 3-sec. visitor experience. I’ll leave you with those and I’m sure others will comment & fill the gaps.
Cheers, Thea
Great look – perfect for a great product! Thanks, Ravi!
Hi Ravi,
Just some quick feedback on the new look of DAP. The page looks fresh, the color and the graphics are cool,
BUT I miss the old page.
The old page was so much more powerful in my opinion.
The text was more readable (wide lines and great eye relief). In the new version the text is crammed in the left column and the flow of reading is a lot harder.
That is more apparent after the “Impossible”, you think?” part, where the right column ends and the left column goes on. (in my browser at least)
Just my 2cents, I write this cause I really like DAP and I care about it.
The old page carried much more “weight” for me.
DAP rocks, keep up the good work!

Hey Ravi…
Your creativity just keeps growing!
Great new look to the site. Heaps more inviting and easy to navigate. Clean fresh look with smart graphics… key information and video “above the fold” too (on my monitor anyway).
It will be even better when you have time to get the Documentation and Videos pages in the same format.
Best wishes,
Mike
Great look! Flows well and is well defined unlike like most sales letters these days. Karnak says your conversion rate just increased…
Look’s good, Ravi! Keep this up and you’ll be the #1 selling membership software! You’re already #1 in features and service!

Huge improvement! Looks and flows great!
Are you split testing to see which version sells better? It doesn’t look like you are. . . That’s the only way you will know if this version is better.
I thinks it’s way more professional looking. I’d like to see the same header carry through to all the pages, including the video page and blog. It’s still choppy when you click on those pages and the navigation is tough.
All,
Thank you for your awesome feedback.
I have incorporated quite a bit of it back into the site. Pls take another look when you get a chance.
Some of the other changes (like maintaining header across all pages – like videos) will take a bit more time.
Thanks a bunch!

Your archives page link leads to a 404.
cute 404 though. I appreciate these

i like the simplicity of the site.
the logo could be a bit more decorative. the font is a bit grainy.
Installing DAP on a test server right now – hoping it helps solve my need for recurring subscriptions with various membership levels!
best wishes to you!
Judy
